Developing Work

Speed: 1/250, Aperture: F8, ISO: 100
This image is unclear. As I tried to captured the image with the water as a sharp clear. But as a failure, it's taken by unclear image. And also the background of this image is very distraction because of the background. For the next development, I would improve to capture the water sharp clear. And also I need to take image from high level so you would see the umbrella with the water flowing down.

Speed: 1/640, Aperture: F13, ISO:100
I am disappointed with this image, the background is distracting, however the pouring water has been captured clearly and I really like the sky, as it is bright and the sun enhances the flow of the water, giving it more movement and picking out tiny droplets. For my next development, I will try different backgrounds and locations e.g. a field or even plain backgrounds.

Speed: 1/500, Aperture: F11, ISO: 100
I find this image very pleasing. It is vibrant and strong, mainly because of the colour red. The plain blue background allows the water and the umbrella to stand out. I decided to trial a normal setting rather than a fast shutter speed, but I realise that to capture the water more clearly, I have to use a fast shutter speed.

Speed: 1/320, Aperture: F9, IS0: 100
This image is showing the water flowing out from the umbrella which creates an interesting and effective, moving image. I had use this in Photoshop to make this image bold by adjusting the brightness and contrast.

Speed: 1/2000, Aperture: F8, ISO: 3200
I like this photograph because it shows movement of liquid, it shows individual droplets which make up the stream of liquid. It has energy, chaotic but it is also relaxing full of serenity.

Speed: 1/2000, Aperture:F8, ISO:3200
In this image, it looks like the broken glasses shattering down as this image is very interesting and very dynamic. I love the way the focus at the start towards to the end. It has very detailed of water is poured down. It almost looks like drip drop. The background is quite interesting and I don't think I find this distracted to us because it is very blurry in a good way. It is easier to take images outside rather than doing in the studio because as I have to focus it myself in the studio rather than outside. But in outside, it is easy to put setting on and also I can take it auto focus on it. And now, I had realised I had improved my skills on shutter speed.

Speed: 1/1000, Aperture:F8, ISO:3200
I like the way the water flow from the wall. The background is quite distraction and boring because there is no excited to see in this image. But at least, you can see the detail of different shapes in water which makes the image more vibrant and interesting.

Speed:1/1000, Aperture: F9, ISO:3200
The next two photographs have depth and enhances the power of the moving liquid.

Speed: 1/2000, Aperture: F8, ISO:3200
In this image, the background is very distraction and very boring but the water is sharp clear focus and I like the way the angle of this image. It feels like the water is coming on you and this image is very movement.

Above two photographs I feel is not as exciting or powerful as some as other photographs. It is simple, but there is a little movement and it feels cold.  It'a not very eye-catching and the background is very distraction. But the above image I like the way of the angle is a floor level which makes the image more creative. And also I like the way all of is black and white instead of the liquid to make it more eye-catching and creative. The liquid is in clear and interesting shape.

This image has a sharp focus which the photographer in front of the pouring liquid which gives it a clear perspective. I like the image because it changes in intensity of colour moving from dark to light almost translucent back to darker colour again. This gives the image a feeling of textured, imagery and detail.  I had use this image in photography studio with the white backdrop to make it more interesting. I like the way the colour of red darkness to lightness which makes the image vibrant. In the background, as you can see the black is very distraction.

The main subject in this image is indeed the liquid. I love the vibrant colours and the feel that there is almost no colour coming out from the box yet into the glass there is a deep orange.  I like the way the glass has got different patterns which makes the liquid looks wavy. The reflection on the glass is quite dynamic and I don't find it very distraction and also the juice box is not distraction swell as it is very bright and colourful.

This image is interesting. As you can see the background has same colour of different gradient which makes the image more vibrant and more interesting. I love the way the liquid is into different patterns and different of colours.

I really like this image because it has two different colours of red and yellow is poured into the glass. On the bottom of the image, there is a glass is not distraction and makes the image more interesting and vibrant. But the liquid of red and yellow is quite out of focus so I'm quite disappointed on that.

The last three photographs shows the pouring of two different sort of liquids. The red is coloured water which gives a fragile feel to the liquid mainly because the liquid changes intensity given it a delicate feel. The orange has a thick silky shinny look making it look like paint and given it a more powerful forms.
